Educational Psychology support for schools

Our aim is to provide long-term assistance in school; collaborating with staff, parents and pupils to maximise the support that can be provided. We aim to provide a flexible service, that can respond to the unique needs of each pupil, and help to guide a successful development plan.

The school environment is ever-changing and can always be improved. We know that, as a school, you are always searching for the most effective programmes, to give your pupils the best opportunity to succeed. We can offer a range of programmes, formulated by working closely with schools, to provide bespoke training and interactive workshops for staff. These workshops will include looking at common learning difficulties and social communication needs, as well as understanding more specific areas of difficulty such as selective mutism and attachment issues. We can provide coaching to staff to help develop togetherness in lessons and maximise student engagement.

Our services are not limited to the classroom, and we can provide training for parents and carers, as well as offering individual psychological assessments for children and young people. Our belief is that, whether this process begins at home or in school, we should always be positive and forward thinking. Our assessment aims to identify the relevant strategies needed to support young people long term, and ultimately help them to achieve their academic goals and secure a successful future.

VIVA

Empower your students to achieve their best

VIVA is a unique test anxiety tool kit for schools. The programme has been devised by educational psychologists, supported by the latest research as well as direct feedback from school staff and students. Its main purpose is to help young people from the age of 11 and up to tackle the detrimental effects that testing can have on their mental health. Our programme aims to support them from when they begin their revision, right through to their last exam.
